Former Justice Minister Judith Collins remains in the opposition's sights despite her demotion to the Government's back benches.
Labour MP Megan Woods is asking questions about what role Ms Collins had in the Serious Fraud Office shelving plans to look into how much economic crime was costing the country.
"Did the former Minister of Justice Judith Collins support the decision to abandon any further investigation by the SFO on the cost of economic crime in New Zealand."
Police Minister Michael Woodhouse says he's not in a position to answer the question but would be happy to do so if Ms Woods submits her question in writing.
