A judge has declined media applications to photograph an award-winning Kiwi entertainer accused of sex offences against four women.
The man in his 40s pleaded not guilty in November to four counts of indecent assault and two of sexual violation.
Auckland District Court Judge Russell Collins today declined applications to photograph the defendant at his upcoming appearance, stating there is "no public interest at this time in proceedings".
The accused is due to appear in court next week when it's understood he'll apply to have his name suppression extended.
