Kim Kardashian and Kayne West may be preparing to snap up their very own private Aussie island.

Coldwell Banker's Richard Vanhoff is managing the sale of Turtle Island, off the coast of Gladstone in Queensland.

The 9.41 hectare private island features tropical gardens, a mansion, a jetty and a helipad for a cool five million dollars.

Vanhoff says he's in negotiations with an international celebrity but won't confirm a Courier Mail report that Kim and Kayne have their eye on the tropical paradise.
