UPDATED 11.21am:Â Fire crews have now left the scene of an explosion in Gore.
The explosion happened just before seven this morning at the Dongwha Plant in Mataura.
Nobody was injured.
Fire shift manager Brent Dunn said the cause of the explosion is still to be confirmed.
However, he said crews felt it was safe to leave the site.Â
