Four people are in custody after a major gang-related drug bust in Wellington this morning.
Police say nine properties across the Wellington region have been searched for evidence of methamphetamine production and supply, and money laundering involving the Head Hunters gang.
Police said four people were in custody after the raids.
The operation involved more than 60 police - including members of the armed offenders squad - and followed several months of investigation.
Along with evidence relating to a methamphetamine supply chain police were also looking for cars, motorcycles and cash that have been gained through crime.
It comes a week after police uncovered a major meth operation in South Auckland.
